Dr Abbie Najjarine (Podiatrist) is an experienced In lower Limb Biomechanics for the last 34 years and the inventor of the unique 7 steps using Najjarine Biomechanical Assessment system.
Dr Najjarine is the Managing Director and the owner of Dr. Abbie Clinics (previously known as AOL Footcare Centres Australia Pty Limited).
Currently Dr Najjarine oversees a chain of Dr. Abbie Clinics in Australia which specialise in biomechanical gait assessment and orthotic therapy with a holistic approach to the treatment of pain.
The Dr. Abbie Clinics use a unique assessment technique known as the NBA technique, developed by Dr Najjarine, to assess, identify and map out a treatment regime for patients to follow.

Lower Limb Biomechanics Understanding
Learning History and Basic Understanding then we will start with Seven steps:
Understanding how to identify
1: RCSP using the NAL and NPL system
2: NCSP
3: Forefoot : Valgus/Varus Plantarflexed 1st Dorsiflexed 1st 2-5 Varus
4: Tibial torsion : internal/ external how to measure
5: Hip Range of motion in flexed
6: hip range of motion in extended and what it means
7: leg length functional/ structural
How to interpret and integrate the 7 step to assist you to identify the ‘why’ factor.
From that I information the practitioner will be able to prescribe the correct orthotic and density for the patient. ( orthotics will be provided to use) and how to incorporate prolotherapy and other treatment modalities.
Case studies will be shown and explained how they were assessed and treated.
